* Customized programs deliver an adaptable training program that fits your goals, your lifestyle, and your budget. All programs are custom built to fit the individual be they beginner, immediate, or advanced.
* Generally, these are not programs for building bulk, they are designed to build power, strength, mobility, and durability with endurance athletes in mind. Most runners believe that strength training will take away from their ability to build mileage, but science, research, and elite athletes all agree that without strength and mobility you cannot reach your true potential and are at a higher risk of injury.
* If you’re looking to take your training more seriously, develop, and hone your skills these programs will help keep you accountable to your goals.
* Only basic equipment is required. You will need a set of dumbbells (light, medium, and heavy), resistance tubing, and a mini band. More advanced athletes and programs will require heavier weights and a squat rack and barbell.
* Although I do specialize in running I am heavily educated in human anatomy and exercise science and will deliver the same level of experience and focus to any other fitness goal such as building muscle or losing weight.
